When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 2 to 3 business days, exceptions being around the Christmas and Sale periods for which please allow more time. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 - 72 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.
We will contact you directly to make arrangements for delivery of your order. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it is completed. We will only charge you for delivery once per order.

If your order was not delivered, or was delivered faulty, it is insured and will be replaced immediately.
Post Office Boxes
We make use of Speed Services and they deliver to your nearest Post Office counter, the parcels are not delivered to your actual postal address, they must be collected at the nearest Post Office counter where you ordinarily collect parcels. This service is nationwide and you will be supplied with a tracking number that will allow you to trace and track your parcel online at www.speedservices.co.za. The current flat of R75 applies to packages under 1kg. If you parcel is greater than this amount we will advise you which would be the more cost effective option, sending via Speed Services or door-to-door courier delivery. If you select the Speed Services option please ensure that your shipping address details a valid postal address and contact number.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations therefore, we offer two solutions in this instance: you can either break your items into separate online orders, or you can contact us.
